Summary: Overwhelming smell of mold in the room. My wife and I woke up with headaches .Mentioned it to front desk, not to get a discount, but to inform them and they could not have been less bothered. Very disappointing stay to say the least.

Summary: Visit disrupted because a pothole at the hotel entrance caused my sister to fall and badly sprain her ankle and left hand. This was completely preventable. I insisted the hotel place a cone on the hole to prevent future accidents. They did. The staff was great but management should quickly compensate my sister for damages.

Summary: Sherrie at the front desk was great, but house keeping was not. They were as loud as could be first thing in morning and proud of it, even when I said something to them. Parking was also very confusing with all the renovations taking place.

Summary: First time back since they started the renovations (which are still going on). It's beautiful! Love the new decor and the bed was amazingly comfortable. There were a couple of "new" things in the room that needed attention and they took care of everything. The drinks at the bar are still amazing as is the bartender.

Summary: Stay was good, room was clean and very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The construction worried me, but we did not have any issues with this during the trip. I would love to have a buffet breakfast included with the stay and was not a big fan of the "oak" smelling soaps. Other than this, it was a great place to stay.

Summary: Room was only cleaned after first night. Both subsequent days, the bed wasn’t made, the coffee mugs and water glasses weren’t cleaned/replaced, but they did give me fresh towels each day.
